Theo conceived of MDG Achievers after learning about the United Nations Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). He saw how lack of awareness about and funding for the MDGs were the major obstacles to their achievement. He felt the MDGs could be achieved by providing a revolutionary type of campaign solution to all the relevant parties - people, NGOs, businesses and governments - to create exponential global awareness. This campaign solution would be supported by relevant value added services which would translate that awareness into purposeful and successful collective action, generating significant funding for realising the goals while economically empowering people working to achieve them.  MDG Achievers was then designed by combining Theo's Unified Campaigner™ and P2PCampaigner™ technology models and built with a team of young brilliant minds to be that solution.

Theo has worked with Non-Profit Organizations, Small Businesses, Corporations, Multi-Nationals and Government; His experience covers sales, business development, management and consultancy across Internet, Telecoms, Media, International Trade, Health, Direct Sales and Business Networking sectors.

Theo was involved in the introduction of pioneering Unified Communications technologies into Europe for Vivao Plc, Technology and Marketing consultancy for telecoms companies Transnet, Euphony and Stanhope, and while with Hanson Cooke publishing, facilitating international Public-Private Partnerships at Board and Ministerial level for the Commonwealth Secretariat.

Theo is the founder and ceo of The People's Vision which develops transformational ICT (Information Communication Technology) and Business systems designed to empower people and facilitate the emergence of a fairer, more connected and sustainable world.  The People's Foundation, providers of MDG Achievers, represents The People's Vision in the progressive sector. 

A former decathlete and sports science graduate, Theo is a lifelong student of Metaphysics, has interests in Collective Intelligence, Personal Development and Systems Theory, and enjoys meeting creative, positive people.

Over the past decade Tess has travelled worldwide to connect a collaboration network of non-profit groups in order to empower youth around the world. Tess has sought to bring people together, locally and internationally, to learn, think and take action that impacts positive change in their lives, in their local communities and in the global community as a whole.

Tess's career as a Producer in the entertainment and technology industries has spanned over twenty years and for over a decade, she has been media-accredited to attend and film such events as the "World Conference Against Racism" and the "World Summit on Sustainability" in South Africa.

Tess has spoken regularly at the United Nations (Geneva and New York) and other international platforms on behalf of children and the important use of media and technology to bridge the cultures of the world.

Tess Cacciatore is also the Founder and Executive Director of the World Trust Foundation, whose mission is to mentor the future leaders, and give youth of the world a voice, to create a sustainable future.
